Job Overview: Quality Consultant for Retail Customer Care

• Conduct daily monitoring of customer service representatives' (CSRs) interactions, including calls, emails, and chats, to ensure quality, accuracy, and professionalism across different lines of business.

• Collaborate with leadership to identify agent trending and training needs, ensuring targeted support and resources are provided.
• Participate in regular quality calibrations with department leadership and external partners to maintain consistency and high standards.
• Maintain and update quality monitoring tools to align with evolving business requirements, ensuring they remain effective and relevant.
• Prepare and present monthly reports on department quality trends, highlighting persistent performance challenges and areas for improvement.
• Occasionally take customer calls for a designated period each quarter in your assigned line of business, applying your knowledge and expertise to deliver exceptional customer service.

Essential Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a Call Center environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service.
• Ability to meet reputed company work-from-home requirements, including privacy and internet connectivity, to ensure seamless remote work.
• High school diploma or GED; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
