The Job at a Glance Our reputed company Administrator (internally reputed company as a reputed company Wizard) will be a key member of our reputed company operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our reputed company platform. • Offer first-level support to Service Cloud and Sales Cloud users through Jira tickets, troubleshooting issues and promptly resolving basic user tickets.
