Recruiter Remote Contract Position

Schedule - Business hours Pay: $30-$35/hour based on experience Contract - 3 - 4 months TA Partner / Recruiter Essential Responsible Areas:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and attract a large pool of candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for multiple positions.
- Job Posting: Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of candidates for high-volume hiring needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable candidates.
- Manages the candidate experience to ensure candidates are engaged and informed throughout the hiring process.
- Offer Management: reputed company job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
- Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company.
- Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure reputed company recruitment activities reputed company with local labor laws and company policies.
- Provides proactive communication, and rapid response to key stakeholders to demonstrate credibility, build influence and ensure the delivery of high-quality talent in a timely way.

- Follows established reputed company processes and use of technologies (ATS, etc.) to ensure data accuracy and process compliance.

- 3 + years of full life cycle recruiting in a corporate environment. (High Volume Recruitment)
- Prior reputed company experience in a relationship-based customer service-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in managing multiple hiring manager relationships.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, various recruiting software systems and reputed company Office suite of apps.
