Job Responsibilities:

As an reputed company Call Center Representative – Data Entry Work At Home Opportunity at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Handling high-volume calls from patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders, providing accurate and timely information, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Performing data entry tasks with precision and accuracy, using reputed company' solution information section strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment and enter patient and medication data into the system.
• Investigating and resolving missing medication data, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and settling reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions.
• Handling correspondence to patients, including inbound calls, visits, and messages, and settling outbound decisions to prescribers and patients as needed.
• Settling on phone decisions to guarantors and others to acquire data, reputed company supersede endorsement, or otherwise settle the issue.
• Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and in other areas, and recognizing and conveying issues to senior-level staff as needed.

Essential Qualifications:

• Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
• Halfway to advanced level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, and designing reports.
• Familiarity with Spanish and English.
