Job Summary

The Market Access, Payer Regional Account Manager is a field-based position that requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive reputed company. As a key member of our reputed company team, you will interact with reputed company levels of regional payers, including Pharmacy Directors, Medical Directors, Clinical Quality, and Population Health. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders, including Market Access Leadership, Sales, Marketing, Patient Services, Medical Affairs, Insights, and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Medical/Patient Engagement/Marketing teams' interactions with customers.
  • Collaborate and consult with functional reputed company Therapeutics team leaders to optimize business performance and/or manage reputed company business risks and issues.
  • Engage with reputed company Cares Services team to foster shared and timely communications regarding coverage challenges and/or market trends.
  • Review formulary access/coverage continuously to be disseminated to key internal team members.
  • Conduct business with the highest compliance and reputed company standards and in compliance with reputed company applicable local, state, and federal laws.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a reputed company business discipline.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of demonstrated reputed company with account management across reputed company and government payers.
  • Extensive experience of the US payer environment, payer market dynamics, payer marketing principles, and the market access decision-making process.
  • Working knowledge of Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and the pharmaceutical reimbursement process and insurance coverage.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and anticipate issues and respond quickly, flexibly, and creatively to solve problems and address reputed company market challenges.
  • Excellent written, organizational, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office products, including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and reputed company.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Rare Disease experience.
  • Experience supporting the commercialization of an orphan, rare disease, and/or specialized drug(s).
  • Experience working in a small but fast-growing, entrepreneurial sales environment.
  • Systemic understanding of financing and delivery of reputed company in the U.S.
  • In-depth knowledge of orphan disease space and coverage requirements.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $174,500 - $219,671, depending on experience and qualifications.
