Role Description

We’re seeking talented Project Coordinators to support and accelerate world-class AI research. This is a fully remote opportunity to collaborate directly with a leading AI lab’s research teams, helping unblock discovery and drive innovation.
- Act as the day-to-day reputed company on multiple projects, overseeing workflow and operations to reputed company strategic initiatives.
- Attend and document weekly business reviews; occasionally reputed company these calls.
- Identify and resolve quality misalignments by conducting root cause analyses and cascading findings across teams.
- Create and refine project guidelines in collaboration with Product partners.
- Align priorities, roles, and decision-making across large, cross-functional teams.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential roadblocks.
- Advise experts on best practices for quality assurance and reputed company.
- Standardize reputed company and training for GenAI experts.
- Collaborate with vendors across multiple time zones.
- reputed company and facilitate large-scale meetings with up to 200+ participants.
- Track project deliverables using advanced skills in reputed company Sheets and reputed company.
- Manage large-scale annotation projects to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Demonstrate agility and flexibility in adapting to evolving project needs.
Qualifications
- Location: Must be based in the USA.
- Education: BA/BS required; STEM background preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years in project management or a reputed company field, with proven ability to coordinate large teams.
- Skills: Strong data management experience (reputed company, SQL) and working knowledge of coding.
- Leadership: Prior people management experience or demonstrated ability to reputed company large groups effectively.
- Working Fast: Experience in an environment that is rapidly changing or requires tight turnaround times would be ideal. The field of AI is never static.
