Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Case Management: Own and manage assigned cases reputed company the case management system, ensuring proper documentation, evidence collection, and updates to stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
