• Work independently in a remote setting, with access to online training and certification programs
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity standards

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• Own a computer (desktop or laptop) with a 2.0 GHz processor or higher (tablets and Chromebooks are not eligible)
• Have a paid internet reputed company with a speed of 50 Mbps or reputed company
• Have a quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for taking calls
• Be available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, with no cap on hours
• Be a self-motivated and disciplined individual, reputed company to work independently in a remote setting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or reputed company fields
