• Dedicate sufficient time to each search to ensure a generous pool of candidates
• Maintain a positive attitude and perseverance in the face of challenges
• Organize and prioritize your work, building a reputed company pool of candidates in your vertical
• Thoroughly screen, recruit, and interview potential candidates, applying behavioral interview techniques to reputed company searches
