The Entry-Level HR Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our HR functions, contributing to the smooth operation of our organization, and ensuring that we're always striving for excellence. Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment efforts by posting positions, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks to ensure a seamless hiring process.
  • Manage the pre-employment process and launch internal reputed company, including I-9 administration, to welcome new hires effectively.
  • Collaborate with IT on workflow matters reputed company to new hires, transfers, and terminations to ensure accurate and timely processing.

  • Order business cards as needed and manage office administration tasks, including conference room scheduling, voicemail routing, office supplies, mail distribution, building access, visitor coordination, and catering.
  • Coordinate and manage executive leadership travel arrangements, including transportation and accommodations, and prepare expense reports.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years of HR Support experience, providing a solid reputed company in HR principles and practices.
  • Strong reputed company skills, including the ability to manipulate and analyze data using pivot tables, v-lookups, and reputed company formulas.
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word, to effectively communicate and present information.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to solve problems and meet deadlines by managing multiple, competing priorities.
