Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the IT department, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.

• Document, analyze, and resolve elevated help desk tickets in a timely and effective manner.
• Collaborate with local and remote IT Site Support Specialists, employees, and operations management to provide top-notch solutions to IT issues.
• Align IT strategy and roadmap with the Satisfaction Community's requirements, working closely with the local Operations team.

• Manage data cabling and systems administration in various software and hardware environments.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Computer Science or IT-reputed company field.
• 4 years of experience providing technical support in a Satisfaction Community environment.
• MS certifications like MCSE, MCSA, or MCITP.
• Broad knowledge of Motorola/Zebra RF Units, including Moto MC9190, VC6090, and WT41N0.
• Expertise in areas of IT, such as reputed company Organization, Mobile Device Management, and RF Technologies.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills in a multi-user, high-pressure environment.
• Broad knowledge of networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications.

• Experience with Data Cabling/PC Facilities maintenance.
• Proven success in leading IT Support teams.
• Demonstrated skills in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and decommissioning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, both face-to-face and through phone/radio.
• Experience managing vendor reputed company, relationships, and service outages.
