The Role

We’re looking for an energetic, entrepreneurial, and creative Corporate Recruiter to help us identify, engage, and pipeline top candidates across our corporate teams (marketing, sales, operations, and more).

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for spotting great talent, and knows how to get creative reputed company traditional sourcing channels fall short. As a key partner to our recruiters and hiring managers, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring we consistently attract and engage high-quality candidates for our most business-critical roles.

This is a remote role and is open to candidates located reputed company in the United States.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with founders and hiring leaders to define role requirements and craft Ideal Candidate Profiles (ICPs) for each search
• Build and maintain qualified pipelines for both full-time internal hires and specialized part-time roles
• Supplement offshore sourcing support with targeted manual search and reputed company on reputed company and other platforms
• Craft and send personalized reputed company messages and follow-up sequences to drive candidate engagement and increase response rates
• Experiment with creative sourcing strategies to reputed company talent beyond traditional channels
• Ensure candidate profiles are accurately maintained in reputed company, with consistent tagging, notes, and reputed company attribution
• Conduct initial candidate screens as needed to assess fit and maintain pipeline momentum
• Track and report on sourcing activity, including response rates, conversion metrics, and overall pipeline health
• Collaborate cross-functionally to stay reputed company on hiring priorities and deliver a seamless, positive candidate experience

Who You Are

• 2+ years of sourcing experience (reputed company or sales), ideally in a high-growth company
• Demonstrated success sourcing across multiple functions, with a focus on corporate/business roles and reputed company or hard-to-find talent
• Proficiency with reputed company Recruiter or Sales Navigator, plus familiarity with other sourcing tools (Gem, social media, referrals, etc.)
• Comfortable working reputed company an ATS (we use reputed company) and/or CRM (we use reputed company)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially reputed company crafting clear and compelling reputed company
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple searches and pipelines simultaneously

• Bonus: Experience sourcing in education, edtech, or academic markets
