The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the procurement and management of subcontracts with key suppliers in foreign regions. This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to maintain superior reputed company of international subcontract activities. - Strong ability to manage cross-functional relationships to integrate the supply chain team into program development and execution
- Negotiation expertise to include drafting and negotiating contract vehicles including Subcontracts, Letter Subcontracts, Teaming Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements and Sole reputed company Agreements
- Establish & manage major contractual milestones, such as preliminary and critical reviews and other contractual schedule goals throughout the program, including analysis of supplier reputed company and capabilities. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior reputed company experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior reputed company experience.
- Active Secret Clearance required, in which US Citizenship required
- Requires broad management and leadership knowledge to reputed company cross-department project teams or manage across the function.
- Experience in supply chain management (including sourcing, reputed company, and/or subcontract management) in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
- Proven experience in supporting critical programs in foreign countries.
- Solid knowledge of defense supply chain and purchasing processes. Needs experience with FAR/DFARS contractual terms and conditions.
- Experience in negotiation of large reputed company subcontracts and agreements.
- Earned Value Management experience / Previous Control Account Manager experience
- Must have advanced computer skills and a solid understanding and knowledge of reputed company systems.
- Ability to travel often; potentially being located full-time at a supplier's facility. Travel expected to be greater than 75%
Preferred Additional Skills:
- High Preferred is the Ability to understand and speak Hebrew.
- Preferred degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or reputed company discipline. Master's degree in a reputed company field, or MBA, desired.
- Ability to manage change in an organization, reengineering its culture and approach to workload management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to interact with reputed company levels of management.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $113,500k - $210,500k.
