Remote Credentialing Specialist (1099 Contractor)

Job Title: Remote Credentialing Specialist (1099 Contractor) Company: Only-Connect Psychological Services Location: Fully Remote (reputed company in the US) Employment Type: 1099 reputed company, Part-Time (20-25 hours/week) leading to Full-Time Job Overview: Only-Connect is seeking an reputed company and highly organized Credentialing Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of credentialing for our mental health therapists. This role will require credentialing our providers with various insurances and reputed company onto Employee Assistance Program (EAP) platforms, enabling our clients to access vital mental health services. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of the credentialing process in a reputed company setting, particularly reputed company mental health. This is a part-time contract role with the strong potential to grow into a full-time position as our company expands. Key Responsibilities: Insurance Credentialing:

• Initiate and manage the credentialing process for mental health clinicians with various reputed company and government insurance payers (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, BCBS, reputed company, reputed company, Medicare, reputed company, etc.).
• Complete and submit reputed company necessary applications (online and reputed company), ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Track application statuses diligently and follow up regularly with insurance companies to expedite approvals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date provider information in our internal databases and credentialing software.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the credentialing process.
• Stay informed of payer-specific requirements and changes in credentialing regulations.

EAP Platform Enrollment:

• Research and reputed company our providers to various Employee Assistance Program (EAP) platforms, managing the application and approval process.
• Ensure reputed company required documentation is submitted for EAP participation.
• Maintain reputed company knowledge of EAP platform requirements and updates.

Administrative & Compliance:

• Maintain organized digital files and records for reputed company credentialing activities.
• Assist with the development and implementation of credentialing policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with reputed company relevant federal, state, and payer-specific regulations.
• Generate reports on credentialing status and timelines as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience (2+ years) in reputed company credentialing, specifically with mental health providers
• Demonstrated experience with insurance paneling (reputed company and government payers).
• Experience with EAP platform enrollment is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of CAQH, NPPES, and other relevant credentialing portals and processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proactive problem-solver with strong follow-up skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with G-Suite, reputed company Office Suite, and comfortable with learning new software/CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and reputed company in a fully remote environment.
• Reliable internet reputed company and a dedicated home office setup.
• Comfortable with building skills to help with session confirmations and various back office administrative tasks

Compensation and Benefits:

• $20-30 hourly reputed company, commensurate with experience, with clear growth trajectory
