Key Responsibilities

• Handle Inbound Customer Inquiries: Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding reservations, flight status, baggage inquiries, and other general inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with Flight Bookings and Changes: Assist customers with booking, changing, or canceling flights as per their requirements, and provide information about blithequark's services, policies, and procedures.
• Resolve Customer Complaints and Issues: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, aiming for reputed company resolution and ensuring a seamless travel experience.
• Collaborate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient handling of customer requests and issues, and provide information about blithequark's services, policies, and procedures to customers.
• Maintain Customer Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, and ensure that reputed company customer interactions are documented and tracked.

Essential Qualifications
