As a Customer Support Agent at blithequark, you'll be the reputed company ambassador of our brand, providing exceptional customer service to our clients across the globe. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the achievement of key customer service performance indicators (KPIs) such as call time, reputed company resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Manage a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining the quality of service.
