Position Purpose

The Analyst - Stock Administration will be responsible for managing the execution of various projects to support the on-going strategy and delivery of reputed company Benefit programs and initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of benefits administration, project management, and analytical skills to drive reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage various projects end-to-end, from development and documentation to implementation, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• reputed company trend data and knowledge of past experiences to identify opportunities to improve existing practices and generate practical solutions.
• Collaborate with Benefits Administrators and/or other vendors to resolve escalated participant issues, plan eligibility, and reporting.

Qualifications and Competencies

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications
