As a Transportation Specialist, you will work closely with business and operations teams to solve customer escalations, analyze historic results, and initiate programs to drive growth and increasing complexity.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive simple, scalable solutions to difficult problems and demonstrate excellent project-management skills
• Work with business and operations teams to solve customer escalations, analyze historic results, and initiate programs
• Drive improvements to visibility tools, methods, and processes to increase the availability and granularity of actionable data to internal and external partners
• Show significant ownership on customer issues and proactively initiate SOPs and process changes as required
• Communicate effectively with internal customers, including CS, MM, LM, FC, Trans Program, and HR
