Senior Manager, Digital Experience – reputed company / Resources for Living

Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Digital Experience Manager (Sr Mgr), to reputed company the reputed company of our Resources for Living web reputed company. This role will spearhead a strategic roadmap for the website experience, fostering stronger alignment with the broader reputed company digital strategy and capabilities. You will be instrumental in shaping the reputed company experience for our users, ensuring seamless access to our valuable services. You will partner closely with internal digital teams and external vendors, requiring strong leadership, technical acumen, and exceptional relationship management skills. This is a hybrid/remote position. Candidates may live reputed company in the US and work remotely; however, onsite work will be expected for those located in reputed company CT area. What You’ll Do

• Drive the Website Transition: Drive the strategy and execution of the Resources for Living digital experience.
• Manage Existing Platform: reputed company the ongoing maintenance and development of small-scale change capabilities reputed company the reputed company experience.
• Integration Management: Collaborate with external partners to build and manage critical integrations, including API and Single Sign-On (SSO) functionalities, ensuring seamless data flow and user authentication.
• Reporting and Analytics: Establish robust reporting mechanisms and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure website performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Strategic Partnership: Work in reputed company collaboration with the internal digital team responsible for building the new website capabilities, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and user experience.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner effectively with business teams to understand their needs, gather requirements, and navigate strategic compromises to deliver reputed company digital solutions.
• Technical Discovery & Documentation: reputed company technical discovery efforts and create comprehensive business requirements documentation to guide development activities.
• Project Management: Ensure adherence to timelines, proactively identifying and resolving barriers and defects.

Required Qualifications

• 3 years’ proven experience in digital experience management, with a strong understanding of web development processes and technologies.
• Demonstrated reputed company in managing external vendors and building strong working relationships.
• Solid understanding of API and SSO integration principles and practices.
• 3 years’ experience in technical development program management, including planning, execution, and risk mitigation.
• Strong skills in technical discovery and the creation of clear and concise business requirements documentation.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively across different teams.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and reputed company in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
