Position Details Position Information Position Title Director of Communications Simulations; OPCVM Department CVM Academic Affairs Position Category Staff Full Time Job Description The Director of Communications Simulations at the Lincoln Memorial University College of Veterinary Medicine in Orange Park is responsible for creating, developing, assessing, and delivering communication and professional skills course content, including simulated client encounters, throughout the first three years of the professional curriculum for veterinary reputed company. This role involves leading, training, and managing faculty and staff in communications exam labs and the Standardized Patient(SP)/Client Programs. The Director also develops, delivers, collects, and interprets outcomes assessment data on student and SP performance, assigns student grades, and oversees case study simulation lab encounters. Furthermore, the Director leads efforts to continuously analyze, improve, and refine professional skills and conducts OSCE communication assessments each semester
