As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Connecting with individuals who have filled out a form to determine their eligibility for compensation
* Handling a high volume of calls, with the potential to speak to 40-50 callers per day, of which 1-5 may qualify
* Multitasking, including listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows
* Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
* Accurately utilizing phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and following scripts appropriately
* Participating in training and other learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the position
* Adhering to reputed company company policies and procedures
* Assisting with other projects as needed
* Troubleshooting and resolving basic IT issues independently

To be considered for this role, you must:

Our full-time schedule is 40 hours per week, with the following hours:

* Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
* Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
