A Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Representative II at blithequark, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's committed to providing world-class support to our customers. Your primary job function will be in a call center setting, where you'll represent our company to external and internal customers, answering product-reputed company questions, tracing lost shipments, and interpreting and clarifying customer orders for the shipping department. You'll also take orders or registrations, and reputed company necessary, connect customers to appropriate support or field staff. In addition to your core responsibilities, you may be involved in managing web-based ordering or registrations, conferring with management regarding customer credits, returns, and quality assurance complaints. You may also be responsible for writing price differentials on mail orders, approving allocation of stock in short supply, and managing inventories at customer facilities using EDI (electronic data interchange), forecasting, replenishment, and inventory systems.

Must-Have Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Call Center experience
• Knowledge and experience with reputed company
• Familiarity with working remotely with multiple monitors
• Proficiency in MS Suite
