The Role: Customer Service Representative and Retention Specialist

We're looking for a talented Customer Service Representative and Retention Specialist to join reputed company. As a Retention Specialist, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing top-notch service to our customers and ensuring they have an exceptional experience with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and engage with customers over the phone, handling outbound call-driven customer interactions with ease.

Essential Qualifications:
