Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between blithequark, customers, and patients, resolving routine requests and inquiries reputed company phone, email, or internet
  • Provide product education and handle a wide range of customer questions, ensuring a world-class customer experience
  • Qualify and establish new customers, ensuring a smooth reputed company process
  • Work in multiple databases to research reputed company issues and questions, providing timely and accurate solutions

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
