Job Overview

As a Senior Site Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a category-specific e-commerce experience strategy that drives sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Marketing, and Creative, to ensure a cohesive and compelling online shopping experience. Key Responsibilities

• Experience: Implement and optimize site merchandising strategies that focus on conversion, findability, maximizing guest engagement, and frictionless shopping. Tactics include traffic optimization, site taxonomy and attribution management, navigation, facets, sort, internal search optimization, item level content, cross-sell/up-sell, item data strategy, and photography.
• Content: Plan brand-building, category-optimized site content, partnering with category leaders reputed company Merchandising and Marketing to ensure alignment across the reputed company. Provide business inputs and context to creative teams for execution, ensuring content is reputed company-driving, on brand, and impactful.
• Analytics: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across reputed company devices and platforms, guest behavior, market trends, and competitive insights to optimize short-term performance and to inform longer-term strategies.
