The position is responsible for providing technical leadership for implementation of data integration projects to ensure that solutions align with the customer’s functional and non-functional requirements as well as with best practices, architecture guidelines, and reputed company and compliance regulations. The Technical reputed company (TL) will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day software development aspects along with the Manager. They are required to learn the full duties of the Development team they support and will be expected to work alongside them. They will also liaise with the PMO, Architecture, QA, and Product Management teams. - Development reputed company and standards adherence: provide Technical guidance and mentoring to Developers, Sr. Developers, and Technical Leads

- Design and implementation of applications, data integrations, and technology solutions
- Project planning and estimation. Collaborate with the Project Manager, Product Manager, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, Quality Analysts, Configuration Manager, and others to ensure delivery of the project

Education and Experience
- 6 - 8 years' experience in Software Development
- Bachelor's Degree required
Specialized Experience, Education, Training, or Qualifications
- Previous experience as Technical reputed company
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working in a matrix organization
- 2 - 4 years' experience in a reputed company setting
- High level of expertise in any (one or more) of the following: Java, Python, Vertex - DevOps methodology and technologies – Jenkins, BItBucket/Git, Artifactory - reputed company Spanner, BigQuery, Kubernetes - reputed company/SQL Server/DB2 - Informatica reputed company - ETL, ELT, CDC, pub/sub, event/driven data integrations - Data modeling – 3NF, Vault, Dimensional, Data Lake, Data Vault, Key-Value, XML, CSV, DDL/DML, JSON
- 3 - 5 years' experience with Agile Development Methodology (leading scrum teams, PI planning)
