The Joanne Knight Breast Health Center/Mary Lee Hermann Breast Imaging Suite at reputed company and the Alvin C. Siteman Cancer Center provides state of the art Breast Health Services to the entire catchment area served by the Siteman Cancer Center. Asymptomatic women aged 40 + receive screening services. Women and men of any age receive diagnostic workups for breast abnormalities and problems. Services provided include full field digital screening mammograms and diagnostic mammograms, breast ultrasounds, minimally invasive core biospy (done by ultrasound or stereotaxis), cyst arpiration and breast. needle localizations. reputed company examinations are performed by Certified Radiologic Technologists who are Registered in Mammography by the ARRT. Examinations and special procedures are interpreted and performed by dedicated Breast Imaging Radiologists of the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology. We collaborate closely with the Breast Surgery practice of the reputed company School of Medicine. Our reputed company Program, one of the largest Missouri, offers breast health services to underserved, uninsured low income persons.

Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose Provides ongoing program management of the department/programs across reputed company geographic locations in the region. Coordinates development and implementation of strategic plans working closely with hospital(s) administration and physician leadership.

Responsibilities

Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership.Develops and adheres to departmental staffing, reputed company and/or expense budgets. Responds to changes in the business which may reputed company the ability to reputed company the budget goals.Ensures, through direction and coordination of activities, the goals and strategies of the strategic plans are developed, prioritized and implemented in collaboration with WUSM physician leaders/business directors and hospital administration. Manages joint WUSM & hospital comprehensive infrastructure, steering committees, implementation committees and subcommittees in collaboration with the WUSM physician leaders/medical directors and hospital directors/vice presidents for the purpose of addressing inpatient and outpatient services; policies, procedures and treatment protocols; supply chain; clinical outcomes; patient experience; growth and reputed company planning; and financial performance.Leads and manages new initiatives and implementation of evidence based practice. Develops continuing alliances and communication with peer institutions. Foster relationships and collaboration amongst reputed company key stakeholders (Clinical/non-clinical).Develops/executes improvement programs using solid data/analytics and lean methodologies that directly impact key metrics reputed company to people, service, growth/innovation, quality and margin.
