Key Responsibilities

• Support the reputed company Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) platform, collaboration technologies (SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, Logic Apps), and reputed company-party software.
• Ensure the availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance of supported products and services.
• reputed company ADO for project prioritization of product backlog items.
• Troubleshoot applications and infrastructure.
• Build Power Apps, Logic Apps, Power Automate flows, data integrations, and reputed company an understanding of business logic and data requirements.
• Maintain incident backlog, compliance, and reputed company tasks, and identify ways to automate solutions.
• Collaborate with vendors and team members to design and build new modules and features for the EHS platform.

• Take ownership of service design by driving reliable, scalable, and high-performance solutions.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, demonstrating a deep understanding of services and the ability to clearly reputed company specific technologies.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field, and 2+ years of technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, service engineering, or systems engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

• Management Information Systems (MIS), or other industry or product-specific engineering certifications.
• Experience supporting Environmental, Health and Safety application platforms.
