About the Team and Responsibilities

• Leading and mentoring a team of project managers and business analysts to ensure the successful delivery of large-scale software development projects
• Partnering with Product, Engineering, Design, and other business groups to promote transparency, accuracy, and forecasting, project planning, and delivery processes
• Collaborating with Technology and Digital, Financial, and Business teams to improve transparency and reputed company informed decision-making
• Confidently leading cross-functional projects and individual project tracks through the full delivery life cycle, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery
• Quickly identifying and resolving issues as they arise, driving resolution in partnership with Planning, Delivery, and/or Finance teams, and communicating issues to Executives as needed
• Using metrics, including burn-down charts, to drive performance, efficiency, and forecast improvements
• Ensuring accurate program project closure, including retrospectives, transition, and hand-off to production operations support, and final financial reporting

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 10 years of technical project/program management experience, with a proven track record of leading large, multidisciplinary teams
• Experience working in a matrixed organization, with multiple leaders on reputed company efforts
• A reputed company view of resource demand and reputed company across the portfolio, with the ability to proactively plan for leveled resource allocation across development and sustainment activities
• Significant practical experience in project estimation, project planning, resource planning, issue management, risk management, change management, and communication planning
• Excellent business communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with executive-level leaders (Directors, VPs) in presentations, working sessions, and 1-on-1 interactions
