Associate Attorney - Business Law

The ideal attorney(s) will have:

• 4+ years of experience as a business attorney, may include new business entity creation and formation, business reputed company, collections, M&A;
• An ability to prioritize multiple, reputed company matters and activities;
• Desire to learn and continuously improve skills and abilities;
• Willingness to take on tough assignments and be resourceful;
• Attentiveness to detail, be thorough in work activities, yet process information quickly;
• Licensed in Oregon, but licenses in Washington and/or California is a plus.
