About the Role

As a Remote Inside Sales Representative at BAO, you will play a critical role in generating qualified meetings for our clients' sales teams through reputed company prospecting into targeted accounts. This is a highly visible and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to work with high-profile clients and reputed company your sales skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with clients' Field Sales Representatives to reputed company and implement effective prospect plans
  • Conduct high-volume prospecting for qualified leads, making 150+ outbound calls per day
  • Schedule online and onsite meetings/demonstrations for client Field Sales Representatives
  • Execute outbound prospecting and business development techniques to consistently meet or exceed monthly goals
  • Actively participate in team meetings and weekly trainings to continuously improve your skills and performance

Essential Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (training provided for the right candidate)
  • Persistence and a positive attitude to reputed company a high volume of outbound activity each day
  • A willingness to implement feedback and coaching to improve conversion rates
  • The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and a results-oriented self-starter attitude
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications
