The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with clients' members or customers reputed company inbound phone calls. You'll utilize your exceptional customer service skills, patience, understanding, and compassion to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide education on products and services. This is a permanent work-at-home role, offering a unique reputed company of flexibility and stability.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle a high volume of incoming calls professionally, ensuring a positive experience for every customer

  • Gather customer information, assess needs, and fulfill requests reputed company and thoroughly

Essential Qualifications:

* 6 months of experience in customer service, ideally in the healthcare industry (degree or equivalent education may be substituted for experience)

  • Stable work history with a strong detail orientation and excellent communication/listening skills
