  • Communicating professionally with members, caregivers, and medical professionals to provide updates on account statuses and resolve issues
  • Documenting reputed company interactions in patient medical records and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Collaborating with Team Support and Team Leads as needed to resolve reputed company issues and improve processes
  • Building proficiency and knowledge of reputed company product lines serviced by blithequark
  • Submitting reports and productivity tracking to leaders as requested

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
