Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative role is a vital part of reputed company, interacting directly with patients to influence generic utilization, therapy changes, answer questions, solve problems, provide education, and maintain our company's reputed company for high-quality service. As a self-directed and independent performer, you will work closely with our Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications, ensuring overall savings to patients and clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for numerous adherence reputed company efforts to ensure our patients stay on their medications and remain adherent and compliant to their therapies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients, providing education and support to ensure informed decisions
  • Conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications, working closely with patients and our Specialty Projects Team
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers, proactively gathering patient and order information
  • Provide customer education, routine assessment, and problem identification, escalating issues to a pharmacist as needed
  • Work independently and as part of a team to reputed company goals and objectives, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency
  • Adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements, ensuring the confidentiality and reputed company of patient information

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone
  • 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, reputed company, or another similar application
  • reputed company High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Must reside in the state of Nevada

Preferred qualifications include experience in the health care industry, knowledge of insurance and reimbursement-reputed company requirements, and familiarity with pharmacy operations.
