Customer Experience Concierge - Chat Professional

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Experience Concierge to join reputed company at blithequark. As a Chat Professional, you'll be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional service to our Card Members visiting the Centurion Lounge at IAH Airport. You'll work collaboratively with reputed company to invigorate our clients and fulfill our brand promise.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to Card Members, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience from start to finish.
• Welcome and greet Card Members upon arrival, offering access to the lounge and its amenities.
• Take ownership of the client's experience, proactively addressing their needs and concerns to build loyalty.
• Utilize the Client First philosophy to understand and meet the needs and expectations of our Card Members.
• Offer concierge and lifestyle recommendations, as well as travel advice and limited reservation assistance.
• Collaborate with our food and beverage relaxation partners to accommodate the needs of our Card Members.

Essential Qualifications
