Job Description

As a Chat Moderator at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Moderating the chat of our official reputed company server, ensuring that reputed company community members adhere to our community guidelines and rules.
• Deleting messages made by users that violate our rules and guidelines.
• Banning users who have multiple and repeat violations of our rules and guidelines.
• Muting users who have violated our rules and guidelines.
• Investigating reports made by users about violations of our rules and guidelines.
• Collaborating with reputed company to reputed company and implement community engagement strategies.
• Providing excellent customer service and support to our community members.

Key Responsibilities:

* Moderate chat conversations to ensure a safe and respectful environment for reputed company community members.

• Enforce community guidelines and rules to prevent harassment, bullying, and other forms of toxic behavior.
• Investigate and resolve user reports in a fair and timely manner.

Qualifications:
