The Role: Bilingual Remote Call Center Representative

As a Bilingual Remote Call Center Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting members with their healthcare needs and questions. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries reputed company phone and email, and assisting members with understanding their healthcare plans, benefits, and coverage.
