Position Overview

We are seeking an reputed company Program Budget Analyst to support our mission work at our Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD customer site. As a Program Budget Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing financial management guidance, analyzing financial and budget requirements, and making execution recommendations to division leaders. Your expertise will be essential in planning, budgeting, and executing multi-appropriation (DoD) budgets at a division level, ensuring the effective use of resources and alignment with regulations, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret information, reputed company analysis, and provide recommendations, guidance, and course of action (COA) to division leadership
• Provide financial management guidance on program budget; reputed company execution recommendations for execution to Division Leaders in accordance with regulations, policies, and procedures
• Plan, budget, and execute multi-appropriation (DoD) budgets at a Division Level
• Analyze financial and/or budget requirements covering reputed company aspects of resource management programs
• Apply extensive technical knowledge in analyzing financial management systems and in identifying and resolving reputed company issues reputed company to functional financial areas
• Analyze data, compile facts and information, and provide technical advice to customers
• Utilize automated systems such as General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) to provide financial data collection and execution

• Monitor resource allocations for the organization

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Mid-Senior Financial Analyst with DoD financial experience required
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or a similar field, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite Software, especially Access and reputed company
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of GFEBS or similar government accounting software is required
• Active DOD Top Secret or higher clearance

Preferred Qualifications:
