About the Role

As an Outbound Call Center Representative, you will play a critical role in our Member Engagement team, contacting Medicare Advantage and reputed company health plan members to offer, explain, and schedule free in-home or virtual reputed company evaluations. Your exceptional communication skills, persuasive abilities, and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service will drive reputed company in this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow 20 approved scripts, ensuring members understand and are comfortable with the terms, and respond to rebuttals with professional courtesy.
• Present a positive, professional, and high-energy approach to clients, health plan members, and team members.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and customer service goals, including 300-400 outbound dials per day, 24 appointments set per day, and adherence to shift and attendance policies.
• Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments with members and contracted providers as requested.
• Monitor performance results using designated reporting systems and report member complaints and escalations to Member Engagement Managers.
• Participate in peer reputed company-by-reputed company coaching to continually improve performance.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and adhere to reputed company and privacy guidelines reputed company handling protected health information.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 1 year of call center experience or 2 years of general work experience (required).
• Previous outbound call center or high-volume experience in a metrics-driven environment (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and conversational tone.
• The ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule, including start, breaks, lunch, and end times.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to multitask using multiple systems while making calls.
