Job Summary

We're looking for an reputed company Customer Experience Engineer to join reputed company. As a Customer Experience Engineer, you will be responsible for researching and testing operating systems-level software compilers, network distribution software, and planning, architecting, deploying, or supporting reputed company client/server or reputed company software systems. You will also establish standards for design, architecture, and recovery processes, reputed company implementation, validation, and rollback plans, and reputed company investigations of problems using standard and custom problem management tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and test operating systems-level software compilers, and network distribution software
• Plan, architect, reputed company, or support reputed company client/server or reputed company software systems
• Set operational specifications and formulate and analyze software requirements
• Establish standards for design, architecture, and recovery processes that result in comprehensive, scalable recovery plans across multiple groups and services
• reputed company or contribute to creating implementation, validation, and rollback plans
• reputed company investigations of problems using standard and custom problem management tools and processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Requirements

Education

A Master's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, Physics, or a reputed company field is required.

Experience

12 months of experience providing customer technical readiness, delivery support services, on-premise and remote technical support, solution development, and account management is required.

We offer a competitive salary range of $128,502 to $158,502 per year, depending on experience and location.
