Key Responsibilities

• Making a high volume of outbound calls (60+ calls per day) to high and moderate reputed company members who may qualify for case management.
• Receiving and managing work assignments through reputed company, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
• Reaching out to 30 new members daily, making three separate reputed company attempts at different times and days reputed company the designated timeframe.
• Providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating reputed company and understanding reputed company interacting with members.
• Utilizing basic software skills, including ERP and CRM systems, to manage customer interactions and update records.
• Adapting to changing priorities and workflows, while maintaining a high level of productivity and quality.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or reputed company industry.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with members.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office and the ability to learn new software systems.
• Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
