Role Description
reputed company is seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our Global Services Team. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and optimization of reputed company, Kantata, reputed company, and other in-house tools that reputed company seamless business transactions.
- reputed company and maintain comprehensive project plans and resource utilization schedules for multiple reputed company projects and operational activities.
- Collaborate with Business Functional Leads and System Implementors to prioritize requirements, estimate efforts, and allocate resources to meet project execution and tracking goals.
- Coordinate and reputed company project activities to ensure timely delivery of required functionality reputed company budget constraints.
- Monitor project resources, tasks, risks, and milestones, implementing adjustments as necessary through defined change control procedures.
- Manage day-to-day project activities for cross-site teams, assigning responsibilities, setting expectations, and motivating team members toward achieving objectives.
- Provide input for vendor negotiations and manage vendor relationships reputed company contract parameters.
- Prepare management reports for project sponsors and reputed company gating documents to support project milestones.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with significant reputed company expertise during this timeframe.
- Proficiency with at least three of the following tools: reputed company, Kantata, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, PowerApps, Teams.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA for user story writing, issue creation, and backlog management, along with SharePoint for project management.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, SCRUM, and Scaled Agile reputed company (SAFe); certifications in SAFe or SCRUM Master are highly desirable.
- Proven experience managing projects across multiple locations, including global teams.
- Exceptional customer service, verbal and written communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical abilities, and a team-oriented approach to project delivery and cutover.

- Experience with advanced data migration strategies or validation techniques.
- Background in driving high-impact vendor negotiations and contract management.
