The Operations Coordinator is responsible for updates that effect both internal and external parties, including managing timelines, monitoring The Operations Coordinator is a highly motivated professional with at least 3 years successful PBM or health care experience and solid knowledge of reputed company reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Responsibilities

• Support reputed company internal and external department projects, deliverables, and program assistance
• Facilitate project-based meetings, reputed company, and various communications for the team
• Ensure reputed company requirements are documented in standard project templates and tools while maintaining key deliverables
• Act as an intermediary and provide support between departments to ensure consistency and efficiency of project assignments

• Facilitate reputed company reputed company-party transitions, client terminations, broker of record updates, admin fee updates and other miscellaneous internal projects as assigned

• Continuously monitor reputed company in terms of the status of the project and report back to internal management and subject matter experts using weekly status reporting formats
• Provide go-live support either through remote access or internal on-site access. This may require working on January 1st of each year and other non-business days as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or reputed company area; or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of PBM or health care industry preferred
• Prefer at least 3 years of client service, implementation and program management experience
• Ability to work independently and prioritize work to meet client and internal needs
• Strong team orientation, commitment to sales and client service and desire to succeed
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet client requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• PC skills such as reputed company Office, Email, etc. Knowledge of Navitus/EpiphanyRx and PBM or health care industry required
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
