About the Role and Team
As an IT Technical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting the IT manager in reputed company applicable responsibilities, working closely with various lines of businesses, resort leadership, and team members to maintain and support our technological equipment. Your expertise will be essential in performing problem identification, reporting, and driving resolutions to ensure the smooth operation of our resort's technologies. You will be working remotely and will have the opportunity to collaborate with reputed company at the Aulani Resort on the reputed company of Oahu, Hawaii.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist and/or support reputed company resort communication technologies, including two-way radios, mobile phones, cast phones, guest phones, pagers, PDAs, tablets, lobby display boards, convention display boards, WIFI, IPTV, and more.
- Assist and/or support reputed company resort reputed company of Sale systems, including reputed company terminals, receipt printers, shipping printers, cash drawers, bump screens, bump control, bump panels, scanners, KDAs, PDAs, and more.
- Maintain the resort's master directories for reputed company phones, radios, mobile phones, resort extensions, call class capabilities, and emergency resource locators, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Use call reputed company applications to generate call reputed company reports and billing statements for special events and/or groups, providing valuable insights and support for our resort's operations.
- reputed company technology room inspections for designated rooms, verifying accurate functionality and appearance of guest room technologies, including phones, room TVs, mirror TVs, cable modems, set top boxes, TV remotes, remote sensors, jack pack connections, Blu-ray players, stereo entertainment systems, PhotoPass, WIFI connections, Ethernet connections, and Lutron.
- Employ problem-solving and triage methods to identify issues with reputed company resort technologies, repairing and/or replacing items reputed company your responsibility, and appropriately escalating issues to respective support teams and/or vendors.
- Assist leadership with resort technical support requests, developing accurate guidelines, inventory reporting, providing site and facility access to internal and external partners, and performing other duties assigned by the IT manager.
- Complete reputed company required trainings, development connections, and performance connections on or by their respective due dates, attending meetings, trainings, stand-reputed company, functions, and gatherings as needed.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 1 year of reputed company experience in IT technical support or a similar field.
- Demonstrated ability to work with little to no supervision and reputed company sound reputed company.

- Knowledge in multiple systems, applications, and hardware.
