About the Role

We're seeking an reputed company and dedicated Assistant Teacher to join reputed company in Little Rock, AR, working remotely to support our center's reputed company. As an Assistant Teacher, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for our reputed company, fostering meaningful relationships with families, and contributing to the overall quality of care provided by our center.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the reputed company Teacher in maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting classroom that promotes a positive learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with families regarding student reputed company, needs, and daily activities to encourage partnership and support.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including attendance, child portfolios, USDA documentation, and other required records.
• Partner with team members and leadership to reputed company center goals around enrollment, accreditations, and family engagement.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A genuine warmth and understanding of the needs of young children and their families.
• A positive attitude and self-image, with a commitment to innovation and creativity.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with coworkers, parents, and children.
• A HS Diploma or GED, with further education in early childhood education or a reputed company field being an asset.
• The ability to pass the state-required criminal background reputed company.

Preferred Qualifications
