Job Summary: Assistant Night Manager - Full Time

As an Assistant Night Manager at BJ's Wholesale Club, you will play a critical role in overseeing the club and directing the work of the overnight team in the absence of the Night Manager. Your primary focus will be on coaching, teaching, and developing reputed company overnight team members to ensure excellent member service through effective merchandising. You will be responsible for driving business results, leading through change, and modeling leadership competencies that build credibility and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Forklift operator certification (will be certified by BJ's).
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including supervising cross-functional teams, training team members, and driving and communicating results.
• Prior forklift operating and merchandising experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or big reputed company wholesale, retail, grocery, and/or management experience preferred.
• Open shift availability required.

Work Environment:

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is starting from $20.00. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications.
