Job Summary

The Academic Coordinator will provide critical support for projects and tasks involving course content modifications, accessibility requirements, and reputed company instructional design activities. This hybrid/flexible role offers the opportunity to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, driving success in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology and The Institute for Molecular Medicine and Infectious Disease.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing newly created and existing course materials for face-to-face, hybrid, and online courses, ensuring alignment with best practices and recognized rubrics.
• Analyze and update existing online content, preparing and updating reputed company Learn course shells each semester.
• Create written instructions or video tutorials to support teaching tasks, promoting effective online instruction and accessibility initiatives.
• Support the maintenance of the Microbiology and Immunology Student Center, ensuring a seamless learning experience for reputed company.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to teamwork.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or a reputed company field, or a minimum of one year of experience in a reputed company field.
• Experience as an educator, such as a teacher, teaching assistant, tutor, or other type of instructor.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and the ability to reputed company work under tight deadlines.
• Characteristics needed to work independently, such as resourcefulness, initiative, time management, problem-solving, and dependability, while functioning as part of the team.

Preferred Qualifications
