Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in assisting our millions of plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll take inbound calls, answer questions, and offer solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience. Responsibilities

* Assist plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions

• Take inbound calls and answer questions in a patient, helpful, and empathetic manner
• Offer solutions to help plan members reputed company understand their coverage and options
• Collaborate with trainers, self-paced modules, and leadership to ensure successful completion of the training program
• Maintain a secure workspace free from distractions and adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements
• Work from home with approved internet speed requirements and flexible scheduling options

Requirements

* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience

• Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
• Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
• Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Associates degree or equivalent experience
