Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging directly with pharmacy customers reputed company inbound calls and other communication platforms to address a variety of topics
  • Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers and following up as needed to resolve issues
