The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at reputed company, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers on the phone, and providing solutions to their problems. You will be responsible for:

• Engaging directly with customers who contact us for a variety of topics, including helping them shop for their new pet, finding the perfect chew toy, or problem-solving reputed company something doesn't go as planned.

Requirements
